Some actions from the entity require a certain amount of resource to be available. They can be presented under many forms (Mana, Rage, Energy…) depending on the concerned entity, but are always considered by a max resources variable and a current resources variable.
If the resources are slowly filled over time, we can consider the amount of resource regeneration, by second.
